Game fixture:
Group Stage:
- 16 teams are divided into four groups of four teams each.
- Each team in a group plays against the other three teams in their group once.
- Points System: Teams earn points based on their performance in the matches (e.g., 2 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss).
- At the end of the matches, teams are ranked within their groups based on the total points earned.
Knockout Rounds:
- Quarterfinals: The top two teams from each group advance to the knockout stage. In the quarterfinals, the eight teams play in elimination matches.
- Semi-finals: The winners of the quarterfinal matches proceed to the semi-finals.
- Final: The winners of the semi-final matches face off in the final match to determine the tournament champion.
- Knockout fixtures are determined by seeding. (E.g. Group A first place vs Group D second place)
Rules:
- Each team is permitted a maximum of 12 female players (no under 18’s)
- A completed entry form of players details to be handed at registration.
- Teams are required to arrive 1 hour prior to the start of the tournament.
- A full game will consist of 2 half’s of 10 minutes per half with a half time break of 3 minutes
- There will be no injury time- players are to be substituted.
- Players may only be substituted at half time or in the case of an injury.
- No jewellery is permitted on court; players should remove or cover it with tape.
- Gloves are permitted for players with long nails.
- The umpire’s decision is final.
- Teams are to toss on court in the presence of an umpire.
- No belligerent behaviour will be tolerated and any team member or player that fails to adhere to these rules will be disqualified.
- All disputes to be raised with chairman of the tournament and match commissioner who will have the final say.
- Captains must sign their score sheet with match commissioner after every game. Failure to do so will revoke your right to appeal or protest.
- Any team that has not paid the full amount for registration on the stipulated closing date will be disqualified.
- Match commissioner will have full discretion to disqualify any team or player found to be violent, excessively vulgar and/or or not participating in the spirit of fair play.
- Teams will be given accreditation for 10 players and 2 officials. All other persons will be required to pay R80 entry fee.
- All rules embodied in here are final and non-negotiable.
- A forfeit is a 5-0 victory to the other team.
- In qualifying for knockouts from Group Stages, this is the order of consideration for qualification when points are tied:
- Goal difference
- Head-to-Head
- Goals For
- Goals Against
- 10 Minute Tie breaker
- In the knockout rounds should the game end in a draw, a 10 minute extra time will be instituted to determine the winner.
- All prize money will be paid out by EFT once winning team has submitted invoice to HCE during HCE month end pay run.

The tournament is scheduled to take place on the 30th of June at CBC Mount Edmund.
- Is there an age restriction for participants?
No under 18s.

R1000 per team
- Can spectators attend the tournament?
Yes, spectators are welcome to attend the tournament. The entrance fee is R80 with coolerboxes being R150 at the gate. Food vendors and a cash bar will be available on the day.
